Health insurance from www.findapolicy.net has much to do with consumer rights and consumer protection, as much it has to do with the idea of insurance and healthcare. The new set of legislations that are expected to go with the health reforms would usher in a host of regulations with regard to the conduct of health insurance companies and the way they deal with their consumers.

There are certain regulations in the new health bill that would let the consumer keep his insurance intact, as long as he likes to have it. Among the other consumer protection plans are the provisions that prohibit rescission and the clauses that would make new plans and certain existing plans to include children in its folds, as long as they are below the age of 26.

There are other protections available on group health plans where annual limits are restricted and pre-existing conditions are to be overlooked.
